We designed and manufactured a special threaded spindle to install a one sided knob with finished hardware on the back side. When you only need a door knob on one side of a door which in not pre-drilled. Easy to install, just drill a ½" through hole in the door of drawer, slip in the spindle, screw on the knob and tighten the set screw on stem of the knob.
